Data and purposes

If you open and submit the Clientify form, or contact us by other available means, we process the contact details and message you provide to respond to enquiries about stores, locations or expansion. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to provide and secure the service.

Google Maps remains blocked until you allow it. Enabling the map connects your browser directly to Google. Processing for store entry, payments, receipts, video surveillance and in-store assistance is separate and requires information at the point of collection.

Legal basis

Enquiries are handled at your request and, where relevant, as pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Site security relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Google Maps loads only if you allow external content. This website does not send unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.

Retention

Enquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and follow up on the relationship you requested. They may then be restricted for applicable legal limitation periods. Technical logs are kept for the period necessary for hosting security and operation, according to the provider's configuration. Enquiry data is not kept indefinitely by default.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting and technical support providers may access data as processors under applicable safeguards. Data may be disclosed where legally required. If you enable Google Maps, Google processes the connection and may make international transfers under its privacy policy. The contact form is provided by Clientify, which receives the details you enter and technical connection data as the form provider. Before submitting, read the privacy information and consent options displayed in the form. Data location, subprocessors and possible international transfers must be checked against our Clientify service agreement.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Updates

We will update this policy if the site's services or providers change.
